About Us
Gemba was formed in Mauritius September 2016 with the focused vision of creating affordable and sustainable retail and distribution channel of electronic devices in IOI region and other part of Africa. We started as Xiaomi distributor and Huawei corporate partner in Mauritius and after successfully creating business channels in IOI regions (Madagascar / Reunion / Seychelles) we further expanded operations in Zambia, Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
We were the exclusive Airtel Zambia device partner since 2022 till 2024, successfully managed sales of mobile phones and accessories in all Airtel stores nationwide. Gemba has established smart Phones Distribution for Brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, and currently distributing INOI, Miccell and Oukitel across PAN Africa regions. Apart from mobile phones and accessories Gemba also diversified into Home & Office Security Solutions, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Cameras, and Information Technology in partnership with Hik-Vision and industry leading IT solution providers.
Gemba has been the preferred after sales service partner as well as official distributor to brands like INOI, Miccell and OUKITEL in Africa. At present we have over 110 plus independent Retailers network, along with direct 60+ organized and unorganized retail channels country wide and 10 Aftersales centers covering all major provinces in Zambia.
